Vlassenroot has a flat organisational diagram, with approx. 85% of all employees working in production. Our employees have a true hands-on mentality. They represent our knowledgebase, and make all the difference. For these people, perfection and quality are not goals, they are the norm. Each and every day.

Expertise

Vlassenroot resolutely opts for high strength steel and innovates with Weldox and/or Domex. Our employees have built up an exceptional experience in the processing of these types of steel, which are particularly difficult to process.
Vlassenroot has chosen to specialise in the production of extra large components, but without losing sight of the human element. In all workshops, we have invested in making the production process as ergonomically sound as possible.
